Job summary

H&M Group in Arendal invites applications for a part-time Sales Advisor. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need while showcasing our products. You’ll work with the Store Team to deliver exceptional service and maintain an inviting sales floor.

You should be passionate about fashion, collaborative, and eager to learn. The role supports opening/closing shifts and requires language skills in the local language or English.

This is part-time position offering 5 hours a week starting from 12.10.2026.This position is based at H&M Alti Arendal in Arendal. You should be able to work during store opening hours.Language skills in local language or English is needed.

The communication and interview process will be held in local language, as long as it is convenient for the candidate.

Store roles assessment:

To manage the high volume of applications for the Sales Advisor role, we use an online assessment method for skills-based recruitment within some of our stores. You will need to complete it as part of the application and screening process. Your responses will be scored by an assessment tool that applies predefined criteria set by H&M Group.
