Job summary

H&M Alti Arendal in Arendal is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need while showcasing our products.

You will work with the Store Team to deliver exceptional service, keep the sales floor stocked and inviting, and support opening and closing the store. English or local language skills are required.

This is part-time position offering 5 hours a week starting from 12.10.2026. This position is based at H&M Alti Arendal in Arendal. You should be able to work during store opening hours. Language skills in local language or English is needed.

Store roles assessment

To manage the high volume of applications for the Sales Advisor role, we use an online assessment method for skills-based recruitment within some of our stores. You will need to complete it as part of the application and screening process. Your responses will be scored by an assessment tool that applies predefined criteria set by H&M Group.
