H&M Thon Senter Ski in Ski, Norway is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need while showcasing our products.

This is a permanent part-time position offering 5,5 hours a week, starting as soon as possible or upon agreement. The position is based at H&M Thon Senter in Ski and you should be able to work during store opening hours. Language skills in local language or English is needed.

The communication and interview process will be held in Norwegian, as long as it is convenient for the candidate.

*Store roles assessment:

To manage the high volume of applications for the Sales Advisor role, we use an online assessment method for skills-based recruitment within some of our stores. You will need to complete it as part of the application and screening process. Your responses will be scored by an assessment tool that applies predefined criteria set by H&M Group.
