Are you ready to lead technical safety in complex projects? We are looking for a dedicated Technical Safety Lead who can ensure compliance, quality, and innovation in safety solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as Technical Safety discipline lead
  • Develop safety solutions and strategies to the required level of detail
  • Handle area classification, escape and evacuation planning
  • Manage Passive Fire Protection (PFP) and Active Fire Protection (AFP)
  • Oversee Fire & Gas systems, ESD, and functional safety
  • Follow up on discipline activities throughout the project
  • Ensure work is performed according to procedures and contract requirements
  • Monitor and maintain project schedule
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical or safety engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years with the tasks listed above
  • Detailed knowledge of national regulations and standards (TR, NORSOK, etc.)
  • FPSO experience is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
