Job summary

Techconsult is seeking a Functional Safety Expert in Stavanger, Norway, to handle document reviews, NCR handling, design advisory and stakeholder management. Travel will be required as part of the role.

The position requires knowledge of IEC 61508/11, LOPA and related safety studies, with strong communication in Norwegian and English. Start date is 14.10.2026 and duration goes to 30.12.2027, with ASAP application deadline and ongoing consideration for related roles.

Qualifications

• IEC 61508/11, LOPA, Pressure Protection Studies, PSD, ESD, Collaborative and team oriented mind set
• Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
