Job summary

L’Oréal in Norway is seeking a Channel Activation professional to drive our brands’ expression in Oslo. Reporting to the Channel Activation Manager, you will balance data-driven decisions with brand empathy to execute local activations.

You will implement activation plans for B&M and e-retail, coordinate timings and execution with KAMs, Reps, and POS Managers, and support field teams with sell-in materials and tester stocks. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG marketing or commercial department.
• Structured, hands-on approach with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong analytical mindset to analyze data, monitor goals and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to build relations with stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with drive to learn analytical and operational skills.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive activation for brands in Norway and balance data-driven decisions with brand empathy.
• Implement activation plans to drive sell-out for B&M and e-retail with local partners.
• Coordinate timings and execution with KAMs, Reps, and POS Managers.
• Support field teams with sell-in materials, tester stocks, and training.
• Coordinate with merchandising agencies and facilitate half-year retailer meetings.
