Key responsibilities include:
  • Creating and managing staff schedules and handling bookings

  • Motivating employees and facilitating their professional growth

  • Ensuring that service and guest experiences align with OHMA’s concept

  • Managing closing accounts and performing financial controls

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, alcohol regulations, and fire safety protocols

  • Developing, revising, and maintaining operational routines

  • Overseeing IT systems, including POS programming and updates

  • Being a strong and clear leader with loyalty to company management
