Job summary

Energy AS in Stavanger, Rogaland, seeks a Resource Planner for a 1-year contract starting ASAP. The role focuses on coordinating internal and external resources for project needs, with emphasis on blue-collar staffing.

You will collaborate with base management, manage contractor hires through agencies, and ensure mobilization/demobilization aligns with procedures, quality, time, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent; relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience from project-driven organization.
• Experience with resource management and manpower booking systems.
• Good knowledge of applicable collective bargaining agreements, laws and working time agreements.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning and coordination – both external and internal resources.
• Hiring of resources through our agencies – mainly in the blue-collar sector
• Close cooperation with base management and project organization in matters of resource needs.
• Ensure that project resources are mobilized and demobilized in accordance with internal procedures and project plan with a combined focus on quality, time and cost.
• Advise management and project organization regarding hire of contractors and resource planning
• Cooperate and advise with our personnel suppliers in matters of resource needs.
• Follow-up of competence requirements

Education

Bachelor or equivalent

2-4 years’ relevant experience from project driven organization
