Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a unique Arctic setting? We are seeking a Resort Manager’s Assistant to support the daily operations of our glass cabin resort, located just outside Tromsø, Norway.

This role is more than administrative support - it’s approximately 40 percent of in-office and 60 percent of the working time on site (in shift).

We expect you to ensure seamless operations and maintain a welcoming environment for both our team members and our guests.

Our expectations:
  • Operational support: assist the Resort Manager in maintaining daily operations, through reservations and creating operation plans.

  • Team coordination: participate in hiring, training, and optimising staff schedules, and supervising staff to maintain smooth guest experience.

  • Facility management: Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the resort’s facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

  • Guest experience: Uphold the resort’s commitment to providing guests with memorable experiences, from aurora alerts to personalized services.

Accommodation can be provided if needed locally for extra fee, salary is negiotable - starting from 50 000 NOK/month.


  • Experience: previous experience in administrative roles within the hospitality industry, such as manager or operations coordinator

  • Leadership and PEOPLE skills: leading by example and keeping oneself with the highest standards, being a PEOPLE person with positive attitude, patience and caring about other people is essential.

  • Organisational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, be organised.

  • Adaptability: ability to engage in hands‑on tasks and adapt to the dynamic needs of a remote resort setting.

  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Norwegian/Swedish is a plus.
