Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities on-site team is hiring a Community Relations Representative to be the first contact for residents, handling inquiries from move-in to move-out while supporting renewals and leasing activities.

You will record concerns in OneSite, monitor satisfaction metrics, and help maintain community standards. A strong customer-service mindset with basic accounting skills is essential, plus weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• One year experience in customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and a desire to help people.
• Ability to handle basic accounting fundamentals and concepts.
• Excellent written and oral communication and social skills.
• Schedule may require work on weekends holidays and evenings.
• Regular consistent and timely attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on site.
• Assists with move-in and move-out processes and inquiries.
• Conducts resident retention calls and renewals activities.
• Records resident concerns in OneSite and follows up as needed.
• Supports leasing activities and tours as required.
• Performs community inspections and maintains aesthetics.
• Monitors NPS and Yelp scores; addresses unresolved issues.
• Manages eviction processes from start to finish.
• Assists with closing on renewals and transfers when applicable.
