Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work; master's preferred.
• Certified Clinical Social Worker Specialist by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide psychosocial support and participate in health promotion for dialysis patients.
• Coordinate social care processes including screening, assessment, intervention and counselling.
• Develop patient care plans and maintain documentation.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams and community partnerships.
• Improve patient experience and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Support research and quality improvement initiatives within social care.
• Contribute to education and orientation of new social work team members.
