At Diaverum Saudi Arabia, infection control is not a compliance checkbox. It is a daily discipline that protects every patient who walks through our clinic doors. In a dialysis setting, where patients attend multiple times per week and carry heightened vulnerability, infection prevention is directly tied to patient safety and clinical outcomes.
Infection Control Practitioner is responsible for implementing and overseeing infection control activities across Diaverum clinics under the direction of the Infection Control Specialist. You monitor clinic and laboratory data, investigate incidents, deliver staff education and ensure compliance with local and international infection control standards.
The Infection Control Practitioner works under the direction of and reports technically and functionally to the Head of Infection Control, with administrative reporting to the Clinic Manager.
You will maintain continuous surveillance, drive compliance and build infection control capability across your assigned clinics.
What matters most in this role is consistency. Infection control works when it is practiced every day, not only during audits.
You are detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable working across clinical and administrative teams. You do not wait for problems to escalates before you act. You will be well‑suited to this role if you:
We are looking for someone with real, hands‑on experience in infection control in a clinical setting.
Dialysis patients attend treatment multiple times per week, every week. Their vulnerability to infection is high and the consequences of a preventable infection are serious. Your work as an Infection Control Practitioner directly reduces that risk. Every audit you complete, every staff member you train and every outbreak you catch early is a direct contribution to patient safety across our clinics.
This is not a back‑office role. You will be present in the clinic, visible to the team and connected to outcomes that matter. Diaverum has a clear purpose and a long‑term presence in Saudi Arabia.
