You should have 2+ years in social commerce, strong data skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple client shops, pricing, stock, and promotions while keeping shop health and compliance high.

• Strong technical and organisational skills to manage multiple client shops.

• Shop Account Management: oversee day-to-day operations and growth of client TikTok Shops.
• Upload and optimise product listings across shops.
• Manage pricing, stock levels, and promotional mechanics (flash sales, bundles, discounts).
• Monitor shop health: ratings, response time, fulfilment rate, policy compliance.
• Track performance via TikTok Seller Centre and Data Compass (traffic, conversions, GMV).
• Register and activate platform campaigns to maximise reach and search ranking.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Manager and Ads team to align on campaigns and live strategy.
• Plan and execute shop campaigns aligned with the TikTok calendar; set up live streams for conversion.
