Job summary

Autodesk Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our Northern Europe team in a remote capacity. You will work with some of Autodesk’s largest customers to shape transformation strategies, define target operating models, and develop business cases that deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in AECO, management consulting or business transformation and independently led complex strategy engagements.
• Deep expertise in at least one AECO sector (construction, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, utilities, or related asset-intensive industry).
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk technologies or comparable AECO tool ecosystems; hands-on implementation is not required.
• Understanding of operating models, governance, and benefits realization.
• Data-centric workflows, enterprise systems, automation, and responsible AI awareness.
• Ability to lead across cross-functional and international teams with executive communication skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch and other European languages are valued.
• Willingness to travel to customer meetings across Northern Europe up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and transformation teams as a strategic advisor.
• Define outcome-driven transformation strategies based on objectives and context.
• Assess operating models, business processes, organizational capabilities, data and digital workflows to identify improvements.
• Define target-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and benefits realization plans.
• Lead executive workshops and align stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Advise customers on how Autodesk and AECO technologies support business outcomes through workflows, data management and interoperability.
• Identify opportunities for data, automation and AI based on business value and adoption.
• Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to shape advisory engagements and delivery roadmaps.
