Responsibilities

• Source and identify lodging development opportunities in Scandinavia by meeting different owners, developers, consulting firms, and more.
• Analyze potential development opportunities across Scandinavia, including financial, operational, and strategic feasibility.
• Map key stakeholders including developers, brokers, investors, and landlords.
• Support financial feasibility analyses and preliminary site evaluations of the potential properties.
• Identify strategic partners and high-value opportunities through data analysis and networking research.
• Prepare reports, presentations, pitch decks, and internal briefing materials of the prospective lodging projects.
• Support outreach, meeting coordination, and relationship management activities to secure new lodging opportunities.
