Lever, Inc. is seeking a Playable Ads Editor based in Norway to transform game and app concepts into engaging playable ads. You will craft interactive experiences using Unity, HTML5, and similar tools from prototype to final production, balancing creative impact with technical constraints.

This fully remote role involves collaborating with designers and US-based strategists in a fast-moving environment, delivering high-quality ads that perform across networks and devices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on professional experience creating playable advertisements is essential.
• Strong traditional video or creative editing skills and a solid understanding of advertising creative principles.
• Practical experience with Unity or comparable tools used to develop interactive advertising experiences.
• Familiarity with HTML5, Cocos, or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Understanding of simple game mechanics and the ability to adapt them specifically for advertising purposes.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive playable advertisements using Unity, HTML5, Cocos, or similar development and creative tools.
• Translate creative concepts and strategic direction into engaging, functional playable ad experiences.
• Develop simple gameplay mechanics specifically designed to support advertising objectives, user engagement, and conversion.
• Take playable concepts from prototype through final production, ensuring the finished creative meets quality and technical standards.
• Optimize playable ads for performance, load times, responsiveness, and compatibility with relevant advertising networks.
• Ensure interactive creatives meet ad network specifications and technical requirements before delivery.
• Collaborate closely with designers and creative strategists to understand creative direction and turn concepts into effective playable experiences.
• Apply strong editing and creative judgment to improve the clarity, pacing, visual appeal, and engagement potential of interactive ads.
• Manage multiple creative production tasks and workflows while maintaining organization, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Review completed creatives critically and identify opportunities to improve their performance and overall user experience.
