Job summary

Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contractors to shape autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible hours across global projects.

You will write evaluation rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test agents, helping design, coordinate, and optimize multi-step workflows in live environments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, a strong eye for detail, and experience building for live, non-mocked

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
