You’ll turn the Senior Paid Social Lead’s plan into live campaigns, manage large ad uploads, and optimize daily across budgets, audiences, and placements while ensuring compliance with healthcare guardrails.

You’ll contribute to a growing creative engine, analyzing what works and informing briefs that guide future ads, including AI-assisted automation to speed up launches and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in paid social with hands-on Meta spend.
• Experience turning creative analysis into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch campaigns quickly in Meta Ads Manager.
• Implement Senior Paid Social Lead's strategy and adapt as platforms evolve.
• Optimize daily across budgets, bidding, audiences and placements with clear rationale.
• Analyse creative performance across formats and asset types to inform briefs.
• Run landing page tests and report CAC and LTV implications.
