Qualifications

• Experience in social media, content marketing or audience development.
• Ability to explain campaign objectives, contributions and results.
• Structured planning, testing and reporting approach.
• Strong English for briefs and coordination; German level optional.
• Good judgement on brand fit, creator boundaries and platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel and content plans that fit the creator and audience.
• Coordinate briefs, approvals and publishing schedules.
• Review traffic sources, engagement and conversions in context.
• Document tests and recommend next actions based on results.
• Work with creators and operations while respecting platform rules and budgets.
