Job summary

Noblesse Studios seeks a Backend Manager to coordinate creator operations and keep tasks moving across shifts. You’ll translate activity into clear priorities for creators and the team, with a focus on structured schedules and quality review.

You’ll work remotely, with flexible full-time or part-time arrangements, and be responsible for reporting, deadlines, and communications with marketing and creators in English (German level welcome).

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating people, accounts or operational processes.
• A structured approach to schedules, documentation and follow-through.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and interpreting performance reports.
• Very good English for written coordination; tell us your German level as well.
