Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a BI Developer to join a data-driven team and strengthen reporting capabilities using Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power BI. The role focuses on turning cross-organisational data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions.

You will engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, build dashboards, and ensure high data quality across BI solutions while working in a fully remote setting across the UK.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in BI, reporting, analytics or a closely related position.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM data.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
• Ability to gather requirements and work with business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical reporting solutions.
• Confident communication with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve reporting solutions using Power BI and data held within Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Work directly with different business areas to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Create dashboards and reports that make complex information easier to understand.
• Analyse business data to highlight trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the wider development of the organisation's reporting and BI capabilities.
• Maintain high standards around data quality and reliability.
