Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Analytical Chemistry Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Norway. You will evaluate AI-generated chemistry content, develop analytical scenarios, and provide detailed scientific feedback while working remotely as an independent contractor.

This role embraces spectroscopy, chromatography, and QA/QC within a flexible freelance setup. Ideal candidates hold a PhD in analytical chemistry or equivalent, with strong experience in MS, HPLC, GC, NMR, and method

Qualifications

• PhD in analytical chemistry or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles, instrumentation, spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical methods, quantitative analysis, and method development.
• Experience in laboratory-based research, method validation, pharmaceutical or environmental testing is highly desirable.
• Specialized skills include MS, HPLC, GC, NMR, trace analysis, titrimetry, and QA/QC.
• Excellent technical writing and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated analytical chemistry content for accuracy, logic, and relevance.
• Develop and evaluate scenarios across spectroscopy, chromatography, electrophysical methods, and QA/QC.
• Challenge AI models on MS, HPLC, GC, NMR interpretations and limitations.
• Document model weaknesses, reproducible errors, and propose improvements to prompts and testing methodologies.
• Communicate reasoning clearly and document steps behind technical judgments.
