Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience working in live, non-mocked environments with multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug agent traces and stress test agents.
