Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering or related fields.
• Ability to design and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces to diagnose issues.
• Stress Test Agent to validate reliability and performance.
