Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Google Ads Account Manager to lead Norwegian market partnerships from Barcelona after relocation. You will onboard new clients, launch high-performing PPC campaigns, and become a trusted advisor.

You will drive adoption and upsell Google Ads solutions, tailor data-driven strategies, manage a B2B portfolio via outreach calls, and leverage CRM tools and AI solutions to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 20+ months experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable with targets, presentations, and customer engagement.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Interest in AI-powered workflows (experience is a plus).
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar is a plus—experience counts too.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for new clients, onboarding and launching high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Drive adoption, growth, and upselling of Google Ads solutions.
• Understand customer goals and design results-driven digital strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients through outbound calls and consultative selling.
• Analyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Work with CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency.
