Radisson Hotel Group Oslo Airport is seeking an On-Call Receptionist to support our Front Office during busy periods. You will assist with check-in/out, be a visible lobby presence, and respond to guest requests with a Yes I Can attitude.

We value flexibility, a positive service mindset, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Prior reception experience is welcome but not required.

Key responsibilities:

• Step in and support the Front Office during peak times, weekends, and high-demand periods
• Deliver smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences
• Be a visible presence in the lobby, assisting guests and managing flow
• Handle guest requests, questions, and challenges with a Yes I Can! attitude
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations and high guest satisfaction
