Job summary

BELAM is hiring for a railway technician to install electromechanical systems on railway tracks, based on diagrams and instructions. You will dismantle existing equipment and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems, with a 7-on/7-off shift pattern.

The role requires experience in electrical engineering, electromechanics or automation, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to work both in a team and independently, with a Category B driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical engineering, electromechanics or automation.
• Familiar with occupational safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Install electromechanical equipment on railway tracks according to diagrams and instructions.
• Dismantle existing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and inspect electrical engineering and instrumentation systems.
• Shift work: 7 days on / 7 days off.
