Job summary

Qualifications

  • PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong programming and system development skills; experience with quantum computing software architectures or middleware.
  • Strong expertise with software testing, benchmarking, and performance evaluation tools.
  • Interest in quantum computing and hybrid quantum–classical systems; motivation to work in an international research collaboration.
  • Excellent opportunities for performing high-quality research within a highly competent, international team.

Responsibilities

  • Design quantum–classical workflow frameworks.
  • Develop testing and benchmarking platforms for quantum applications and platforms.
  • Build integration middleware to support European HPC and cloud infrastructures.
  • Coordinate the work package led by Simula and contribute to deliverables.
