A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage new build and refurbishment projects in the Social Housing sector. The role is based near Watford, Hertfordshire. A leading Main Contractor based near Watford, Herts, have a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices near Watford in Hertfordshire.

They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Social Housing Department; someone that can work autonomously and manage 2 or 3 projects concurrently. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on new build and refurbishment projects within the Social Housing sector, so experience working on similar projects is ideal. Project values are generally between £1m and £5m.
