Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Plans and QA/QC procedures.
- Lead production troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits.
- Coordinate with project teams for quality risk management.
- Provide quality training and mentoring to personnel.
