Job summary

Humain Dev Systems is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate projects, communicate with clients, and ensure timely delivery on-site in Rogaland, Norway.

Join a cross-functional team and lead sprint planning, backlog management, and risk resolution, while maintaining thorough project documentation and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in client communication.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and task prioritization.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
