Advantek Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead deliveries of electric control systems for subsea well completion and intervention projects in Kongsberg and Notodden. You will own end-to-end delivery from contract signature to fully delivered systems, coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and testing.

You will manage cross-disciplinary teams, maintain client relationships, report progress, and address changes and interfaces with subcontractors, while

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of subsea experience
• At least 5 years as project manager for deliveries from contract to delivery (including FAT/SIT)
• Broad technical understanding of subsea control systems, well completion and intervention
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Responsabilités

• Hold overall responsibility for deliveries of electric control systems: scope, schedule, cost, quality and HSE
• Plan and follow up engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and testing (FAT/SIT) through to delivery
• Act as main point of contact for the end client and operator: progress reporting, change orders, contract follow-up and documentation
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams across Kongsberg and Notodden
• Manage risk, interfaces and technical clarifications with the operator and subcontractors
• Ensure deliveries meet relevant standards and client requirements (API 17, NORSOK)
• Support mobilisation and offshore start-up when required
• Improve project methodology and contribute to the tender phase on new projects

BSc or MSc in mechanical, electrical or cybernetics engineering, or equivalent

Do you want to lead the delivery of next generation, umbilical-free electric control systems for well completion and intervention? Our client is an international subsea supplier with a strong technology community in Kongsberg and Notodden. They are now looking for an experienced project manager to take ownership of deliveries from signed contract to fully delivered system.

What you will do

• Hold overall responsibility for deliveries of electric control systems: scope, schedule, cost, quality and HSE


• Plan and follow up engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and testing (FAT/SIT) through to delivery


• Act as main point of contact for the end client and operator: progress reporting, change orders, contract follow-up and documentation


• Lead cross-disciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, software, quality) across Kongsberg and Notodden


• Manage risk, interfaces and technical clarifications with the operator and subcontractors


• Ensure deliveries meet relevant standards and client requirements (API 17, NORSOK)


• Support mobilisation and offshore start-up when required


• Improve project methodology and contribute to the tender phase on new projects

What we are looking for

• BSc or MSc in mechanical, electrical or cybernetics engineering, or equivalent


• At least 10 years of subsea experience, including at least 5 years as project manager for deliveries from contract to delivery, including FAT/SIT and client follow-up


• Broad technical understanding of subsea control systems, well completion and intervention (tubing hanger, landing string, IWOCS/WOCS)


• Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience with electric, battery-powered or umbilical-free control systems and subsea electronics


• Knowledge of the API 17 series, NORSOK and ISO 13628


• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification


• Offshore experience and valid BOSIET/GSK


• Experience from both the operator and the supplier side
