Job description
Project Manager -- Build Europe’s Next Industrial Tech SuccessNordicEPOD

NordicEPOD is growing rapidly, driven by strong demand from data center clients across Europe. To support this growth, we are now seeking a Project Manager to take a pivotal role in delivering large, high-value projects that are critical to both NordicEPOD and our customers.

Each project can range from several hundred million to over a billion NOK, meaning that your ability to drive successful execution will have a direct impact on our customers’ operations and NordicEPOD’s continued success. This is a strategically important position where you will play a key role in shaping how complex, industrial-scale power systems are delivered -- efficiently, safely, and with excellence.

In this role, you will coordinate input from engineering, supply chain, documentation, and site operations, establishing clear structures and accountability across all stakeholders. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you’ll ensure progress, alignment, and delivery quality throughout the process.

We’re looking for a structured and proactive project manager or consultant experienced in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder environments -- ideally with a background from management consulting or large companies within energy, construction, or technology. You combine strategic perspective with operational drive and thrive in dynamic, cross‑functional settings.

If you’re curious, solution‑oriented, and ready to build your career in one of Europe’s fastest‑growing industrial tech companies, this is your opportunity to join us at the forefront of the data‑center revolution.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks
  • Coordinate and manage all project streams from order to production start
  • Build and maintain strong governance structures internally and externally
  • Facilitate steering committees and decision‑making meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Align and coordinate input from engineering, supply chain, documentation, and site teams
  • Secure project progress, quality, and on‑time delivery
  • Monitor risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues as they arise
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the pre‑production phase
  • Ensure that the project is fully prepared for efficient, high‑quality manufacturing
Qualifications
  • Higher education in economics, engineering, or another relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience from management consulting or project management in complex, cross‑functional environments (industry, energy, construction, or data centers)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience with structured governance models and stakeholder communication
  • Strong analytical, technical, and commercial understanding
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Norwegian is an advantage)
Personal Qualities
  • Structured, proactive, and goal‑oriented
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Able to handle multiple interfaces in a fast‑paced setting
  • Decisive, solution‑focused, and capable of driving projects forward
