• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Microsoft Project
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Must be eligible to work in Norway without sponsorship
