As a Project Manager in our Bergen office you will be responsible for overseeing various projects and ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule Your role will involve managing a team of professionals and coordinating with clients contractors and stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables are met

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans including timelines resource allocation and budget management
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Manage project risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned
• Conduct regular project evaluations to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business management
• Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
