  • Developing and maintaining Project Execution Plans, including schedules, risk registers, communication plans, quality plans, HSE plans, sourcing strategies, stakeholder matrices, and readiness activities.
  • Managing project schedules, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, priorities, and delivery commitments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitoring and controlling project financial performance, including budgets, costs, revenue, margins, cash flow, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Coordinating execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, HSE, planning, finance, service delivery, and other functional teams.
  • Serving as the primary customer interface, leading project reviews, progress meetings, commercial discussions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, opportunities, constraints, and critical issues while driving mitigation plans, continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and overall project success.
