Service Project Management Manager

Job Overview

We are hiring a Service Engineer in Bergen for the Electrification Service division. The role is responsible for planning, engineering, and monitoring service projects across a range of products and systems, including low‑ and medium‑voltage panels, protection devices, and related monitoring, control, and protection systems. Customers are located in Norway and worldwide, mainly in Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, Industry, Power Production, Infrastructure, and Energy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, engineer and follow up service projects of varying size and complexity.
• Perform testing, installation, commissioning, spare parts sales, consulting, product training, maintenance, modifications, repair, upgrade, and retrofit of systems.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and maintain project schedules.
• Travel as required for project execution.

Qualifications

• Technical college or engineering education in electrical power/engineering. Additional competence in electronics and/or automation is a benefit.
• Relevant experience as a project engineer or project manager in electrical engineering areas, preferably also in service engineering.
• Experience with medium‑voltage panels and circuit breakers is a plus.
• Proficient at structured, systematic work, both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, collaborative, and accountable.
• Customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Aware of and compliant with electrical safety and HSE practices.
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
