Job description

Cognite operates at the forefront of industrial digitalization, building AI, and data solutions that solve the world’s hardest, highest-impact problems. With unmatched industrial heritage and a comprehensive suite of AI capabilities, including low-code AI agents, Cognite accelerates the digital transformation to drive operational improvements.

We thrive in challenges. We challenge assumptions. We execute with speed and ownership. If you view obstacles as signals to step forward - not backwards - you’ll feel right at home here.

Our Moonshot is bold: Unlock $100B in customer value by 2035, and redefine how global industry works. Join us in this venture where AI and data meet ingenuity, and together, we will forge the path to a smarter, more connected industrial future.

How you’ll demonstrate Ownership

As a Co-Innovation Program Manager, you'll drive the programs that turn Cognite's emerging capabilities into production-ready product. You'll work at the seam between product development and customer reality—using real-world deployments to harden new features, identify gaps, and systematically improve the platform, systems, and processes.

You use customer deployments as the proving ground to ensure our product capabilities are reliable, scalable, and ready for repeatable delivery.

You'll need the instincts of a deployment strategist—analytical, curious, comfortable with ambiguity—combined with the rigor of a technical program manager. You orchestrate across engineers, product managers, designers, and customer teams to keep complex programs on track and ensure learnings flow back into the product roadmap.

The Impact you bring to Cognite
  • Drive Co-Innovation: Own end-to-end delivery of customer-partnered programs, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
  • Harden the Product: Use production deployments as a proving ground to surface edge cases, integration challenges, and system gaps.
  • Feed Field Insights to Product: Systematically translate field learnings into actionable product requirements in partnership with Product and Engineering leads.
  • Orchestrate Delivery: Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers, Product Managers) to align dependencies and clear roadblocks.
  • Ensure Production Readiness: Define readiness standards to guarantee capabilities scale effectively before broad commercial release.
  • Facilitate Customer Collaboration: Lead technical workshops and working sessions with enterprise customers to validate high-leverage solutions.
