Job summary

BI Norwegian Business School invites applications for two positions as Associate Professor or Professor in Organizational Behaviour at Campus Trondheim. The roles are affiliated with Campus Trondheim and the Department of Leadership and Organization across Bergen, Stavanger and Oslo campuses, offering a strong research community and local academic home.

We seek candidates with a PhD, international research, teaching excellence, and ability to develop new courses.

Qualifications

• A PhD in organizational behaviour, organizational psychology, management, or a closely related discipline.
• Established track record in top-quality outlets within the field.
• Proficiency in English; Norwegian language proficiency at B2 or to be attained within three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide teaching and supervision of high academic quality and continuously develop teaching skills.
• Meet BI's expectations for research production; teaching duties may increase if necessary.
• Develop courses, learning activities, forms of evaluation, and guidance.
