Duration: ASAP - over a period of 12 months
Location: Stavanger

Assignment Description
  • Responsible for chairing the (client) Well Integrity Assessment Team.
  • Responsible for advises from Trym and Marulk Integrity Assessment Team to the Asset Manager related to Trym and Marulk well and subsea integrity issues.
  • Member of Trym and Marulk Production Duty team
  • Client focal point for operations of operated fields and focal point towards host operator
  • Daily coordinator of production activities - quality assurance and analysis of data
  • Follow up of and surveillance of production wells
  • Daily production optimization
  • Production reporting and production forecasting
  • Production allocation including well allocation
  • Ensure successful flow of hydrocarbon stream from reservoir to the point of sale
  • Contribute to defining and delivering yearly production KPI’s
  • Maintain relevant procedures and instructions related to production and operation
  • Responsible for start-up procedures and contribute to start up operations
  • Ensure establishment and required update of operations applications & data acquisition
  • Ensure extrapolation of well behaviour (analyse well performance) including planning and checking well production tests
  • Planning, evaluation and reporting of well integrity testing
  • Ensure effectively handling of gas hydrates, asphaltene, wax, scale and naphthenates
  • Responsible for execution of flow assurance and production chemistry work
  • Responsible for preparation of procedures for commissioning and handover activities
  • Contribute to the HSE performance for operated assets and ensure any other activities conform to client’s HSE policy and Norwegian regulations
  • Day to day communication with and input to Operations Manager
  • Actively cooperate within the team and across teams, as appropriate, to ensure exchange of information, knowledge, and resources in pro-active manner
Qualifications
  • Introduction to Well Integrity
  • 5+ years’ experience from relevant roles
  • Experience from NCS activity and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge to office software and excel in particular
  • Experience working with fields in early phase, project execution, operations, and recommissioning phases.
  • Experience with platform and subsea field development concepts
  • Knowledge of Norwegian Rules and Regulations with relevant standards.
  • Knowledge of cost estimation/engineering.
  • Knowledge with flow assurance, production reporting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline team environment.
  • Proactive, strategic and solution oriented.
  • Good analytical skills, able to use economic evaluation.
  • Excellent Norwegian and English written and verbal communication skills.
