Job summary

WisdomTree is seeking a Structuring Specialist to join its Product Operations team in London. You will manage European product operations, monitor pricing, NAVs, collateral and data dissemination across ETFs, ETNs and other asset classes.

You will lead or support strategic initiatives including new product launches and regulatory changes, design scalable operating frameworks, and drive automation using Python/VBA and AI tools in collaboration with internal teams and external counterparties.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in a quantitative discipline.
• 4+ years in financial markets, product operations, fund accounting, or related areas.
• Ability to understand complex financial products and apply quantitative analysis for operational oversight.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets, pivot tables, and financial modelling.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of WisdomTree's European product operations, including monitoring pricing, NAVs, collateral, and data dissemination.
• Lead or support project management and business analysis for strategic initiatives such as new product launches, enhancements, regulatory changes, and operational improvements.
• Assist with product design and structuring, establishing scalable operating frameworks with internal teams and external counterparties.
• Drive efficiencies via automation, AI tools, and Python/VBA solutions across the product platform.
• Monitor risk and support mitigation strategies; serve as a go-to for complex operational issues across portfolio management, creations/redemptions, pricing, and market data.
• Investigate and resolve complex pricing and NAV-related issues; build relationships across functions and external partners.
• Contribute to evolving the operating model to improve scalability and resilience.
