We care about safety, quality and the environment, and we believe that good products are created by motivated people who are allowed to grow, test ideas and sometimes admit “this can be done smarter”.
Our culture and way of working
We believe that great engineering happens when people feel trusted, respected and a little bit inspired. That is why we combine clear focus on safety, quality and efficiency with a relaxed atmosphere where it is okay to ask questions and challenge “the way we’ve always done it”. You will quickly get to know colleagues from many countries and disciplines, and you will see how your work contributes to the bigger picture in the value chain.
We work with continuous improvement in everything we do, and we encourage you to bring your ideas on how we can make our products, processes and collaboration even better. If you like the mix of practical engineering, teamwork and innovation, you will fit in well here.
