TechnipFMC in Norway is seeking a skilled Product Engineer to drive subsea control system deliveries. You will follow products through projects, build specifications to standards, and oversee design reviews with cross‑functional teams.
The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, strong subsea and hydraulic/electrical experience, and fluency in English. Located in Kongsberg, you will collaborate with Project Managers, Lead Engineers and Planners within IWOCS & LoF.

Our proprietary technologies provide functionality for monitoring and optimization of subsea Production and Intervention control systems, enabling safe and efficient operations. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Engineer to follow our products through our project deliveries. Starting with understsnding customers requirements. Build the spesifications according to standards and regulstions. Run design reviews. Follow up of supplier on fabrication and documentation, and finaly over see the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at supplier. This work will be done as part of the teamwork between, Product Project Manager, Lead Engineer, Planner and Project Engineer.
The IWOCS & LoF department delivers the following products into projects: SACU/IWOCS, Reel & Umbilical, FlyWOCS and Umilical-less systems. Included in the IWOCS product family are IWOCS control system containers, SACU control system containers, SIL Safety systems, HVAC and Shutdown panels. Controlling Landing Sting Systems and X-mas trees hydraulicly and electronically. The IWOCS products are mostly built by 3rd party, so little in-house production.
