Job summary

TechnipFMC is seeking a Service Engineer to join our Technical Service team, delivering highly qualified support to our global subsea projects across service, installation and product testing.

We operate within RLWI, IMR, WOCS, controls, and wellhead operations, with extensive travel and rotation. This role requires offshore experience and strong HSE commitment, plus solid Norwegian and English communication.

Qualifications

• Fagbrev in subsea, automation, hydraulics, electrical or mechanics.
• Experience with subsea equipment is an advantage.
• Offshore experience in hydraulics, automation, electrical work, electronics, or mechanics.
• Strong HSE commitment.
• Drive for customer success and teamwork.
• Willingness to work internationally.
• Good Norwegian and English communication.
• Ability to obtain work visas internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support of subsea installations domestically and internationally.
• Install subsea equipment and perform maintenance.
• Test equipment including in-house testing and system tests.
• Provide technical and operational support to projects and customers onshore and offshore.
• Produce procedures.
• Extensive travel is required to support operations.
• Rotational working time schedules.

Join our Technical Service team as one of our new Service Engineers. We deliver highly qualified support to our global subsea projects within Service, Installation and Product testing. Our Technical Service team deliver multi discipline and product competency towards RLWI, Intervention (IMR), WOCS, Controls, Completion & Wellhead operations. Currently we are looking for Service Engineers to strengthen our team

• Operational support of TechnipFMC subsea installations domestic and international
• Installation of subsea equipment and operational maintenance
• Testing of equipment including inhouse testing and system tests
• Technical and operational support to projects and customers onshore and offshore
• Production of procedures
• Extensive travel is required to support TechnipFMC operations
• Rotational working time schedules

You are meant for this job if:

• Skilled workers diploma (fagbrev) within subsea, automation, hydraulics, electrician, electronics technician or mechanics
• Experience with subsea equipment is an advantage
• Offshore experience (is beneficial) in hydraulics, automation, electrical work, electronics, or mechanics
• Strong HSE commitment
• A drive for accomplishing customer success and work as a team player
• Focus on continuously raising standards and contribute to solve complex technical challenges
• Ability to take lead
• Motivation for working internationally
• Solid communication skills (Norwegian and English)
• A high degree of flexibility and a take great ownership of your work
• Offshore- and health certificates (or ability to obtain these)
• Ability to obtain work visas international
