Through our portfolio of projects, we are mitigating the environmental cost of industrial activity for a cleaner, more sustainable future. We see a daily growth in our market potential as a rising number of customers look to carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS) and our company to solve their emissions challenges.

SLB Capturi is one of the leading companies globally that has extensive knowledge of the entire CCUS value chain. We have many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials.

The Products Department is responsible for leading all development activities related to our carbon capture product portfolio, turning innovative ideas into market‑ready solutions and continuously enhancing existing products to improve competitiveness and extend market reach. Our products are developed for use in both early-phase studies (pre‑FEED/FEED) and full-scale EPC/OEM realization projects.

Are you ready to join us and help unlock the potential of CCUS, making a lasting and positive impact on our environment?
As Our Product Developer you will:

  • Translate technology requirements and industry best practices into robust, cost-effective solutions for both productized systems and full-scale plants
  • Coordinate and review E&I deliverables across active Product Development projects, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely execution
You bring:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Control & Automation or a related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in technology or product development
  • Solid knowledge of ISO, EN, ATEX, IEC, and other international standards for instrumentation, control, and automation systems
  • Familiarity with instrumentation cabling, cable tray layouts, and related activities
  • Understanding of functional safety (IEC 61511) and experience with safety systems, SIL loops, fire/gas detection, and alarming systems is an advantage
  • Experience with FTIR, gas chromatographs, mass & ultrasonic flowmeters, and gas/smoke detectors is a plus
You are
  • A doer
  • Ambitious and a problem solver
  • Able to work together with other skilled people and able to work independently
  • Open and transparent in your work
