Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Principal Oracle DBA to drive the evolution of Oracle databases on AWS, advancing a mature DevOps model and ensuring secure, highly available environments.

You will mentor DBAs, lead automation via scripting and CloudFormation, support Oracle E-Business Suite R12, and work within an Agile team to deliver reliable database services for critical public sector platforms.

Qualifications

• Expert experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3).
• Expert in CI/CD pipelines for databases.
• Expert in upgrading/migrating PL/SQL applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive modernisation of Oracle DB services and DevOps adoption.
• Mentor DBAs across the team.
• Automate routine tasks via scripting.
