Job summary

ShieldPro Protection is seeking a skilled Turner to join our manufacturing team in Norway. The ideal candidate will operate lathes and other machine tools to produce precision metal parts according to blueprints and specifications.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1,400 per month. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting up machines, monitoring performance, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while following all safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise measurements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses to produce high-quality metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Set up and adjust machines for specific operations to meet tolerances.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for quality control purposes and maintain a clean work area.
