Job summary

Event Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, run, and maintain production machines in our manufacturing facility. You will monitor operations to meet production targets and quality standards while working closely with team members to troubleshoot and optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, some machine operation experience, and the ability to read technical drawings. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week and accommodation if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical processes and equipment operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
• Physical dexterity for operating machinery and lifting heavy objects if required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to production instructions.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments as needed.
