Job summary

TOMRA Group IT is hiring an IT Solutions Architect – Power Platform in Asker, Norway. You will shape TOMRA's Power Platform future, ensuring maximum value from the platform while supporting our mission to lead the resource revolution.

You will combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise across Power Platform technologies and Azure services, working with business stakeholders and citizen developers to govern and roll out secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience designing, developing and governing low-code solutions with Power Platform technologies.
Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture and governance.
Hands-on experience with Copilot, AI Agents desirable.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve TOMRA's Power Platform strategy, architecture, governance, and cost optimization.
Act as Power Platform SME and contribute to Center of Excellence.
Drive adoption of Copilot and AI capabilities while embedding security and governance.
Develop, maintain, and support apps and services in the Power Platform environment.
Serve as escalation point for complex Power Platform issues with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Microsoft, partners, and vendors to maximise platform value.
