Qualifications

  • Master in biochemistry, biophysics, mathematical biology or similar.
  • Strong background in mathematics and Python programming.
  • Good understanding of biochemistry.
  • Excellent written and oral English.
  • Willingness to pursue a PhD and contribute to department development.

Responsibilities

  • Reconstruct models of mitochondrial biochemistry focusing on hub molecules.
  • Develop metabolic flux analysis approaches to study hub molecules.
  • Investigate transport, dynamics and post-translational modifications.
  • Collaborate across the network and participate in PhD training.
